Here’s what I’m loving this week:
A Trader Joe’s miracle
Just in time for the holidays, Trader Joe’s has debuted a gluten free pie crust that will make pie-making so.much.easier for me. I’ve always loved making pies (my Instagram history is proof of that), and I’ve had a really hard time finding a manageable recipe since saying goodbye to gluten. I can’t wait to give this one a try.
A chance to vote early
I had the opportunity to cast my ballot for the midterm election this week. Please, please be sure to vote on Tuesday if you weren’t able to vote early. Here’s a great resource to research your ballot ahead of time. Don’t forget to educate yourself on bonds and amendments that may be up for a vote in your area!
A list of books by indigenous authors
I learned about Kaitlin Curtice last weekend and then found this list of 25 recommended books by indigenous authors. As many of you know, I’ve been working to diversify my reading selections this year to learn more from others. This is right up my alley!
A few Christmas gift ideas from Etsy
As I’ve started to plan gifts, I’m eyeing these sustainable glass bottles, this antisocial tee, a Gilmore Girls print, and this personalized pie plate. (I’ll do a bigger gift idea round-up in the next few weeks!)
What are you loving this week?
